Charles has been providing strategic and tactical counsel to clients for over 30 years. He is driven to make a difference with his customers and has successfully helped clients identify business goals and translated needs into action. Charles maintains a broad-based core of management competencies and has a deep understanding of technologies that enable specific business capabilities. His background includes IT strategy and operational alignment, IT governance, IT financial performance, complex financial, business and clinical information system selections, and implementations.
Charles is visible in the market and is involved with industry associations and workgroups. He is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Health Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS), and the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) Foundation, where he has served on the Board of Directors.
Prior to joining Healthlink Advisors, Charles was a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he co-led the firm’s Health IT Provider Enterprise and Care Delivery Transformation advisory practices. He was also a Partner and Senior Vice President for Beacon Partners (now part of KPMG) where he played a key role in growing a start-up organization into a nationally recognized healthcare professional services firm.
Tina has over 25 years of value-based care, population health and healthcare IT experience. Over her career, Tina has focused on shaping the strategic approach for health systems moving to value-based care enabling teams to focus on keeping their patients healthy, addressing rising risk and improving the health of those with chronic conditions through evidence-based, cost-effective care delivery. This includes establishing payer partner relationships, network management, provider relations, and technology enablement to support innovative community-specific care models.
Tina has a successful track record establishing a data-driven culture in the provider and payer markets, ensuring enterprise data is available, reliable, consistent, accessible, secure, and timely to support the mission and activities of each organization. Tina believes this is a critical component organization’s must address to strategically position themselves to address healthcare market pressures and provide care for patients and their families with innovative care models.
Tina holds an MBA, PMP, PgMP, and multiple development tool stack certifications. Tina serves the market with active leadership and workgroup roles in the Health Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS), American Hospital Association (AHA), guest lectures at the University of Arizona’s BioMedical Informatics College Fellowship program and hosts a podcast called “Let’s Talk Data!”.
Steve has extensive experience working with executives in leading healthcare organizations providing strategic operational and technical advisory services. His broad experience across healthcare technology implementation, management, and support allow him to maintain a big-picture focus and the ability to see around the corner. Steve is passionate about assisting Healthcare leaders with tackling disruption, managing resources to drive optimal performance, and improving the value of technology investments.
Before joining Healthlink Advisors, Steve was a leader within Huron Consulting Group’s healthcare technology practice and a member of KPMG’s CIO advisory practice, where he led clients through transformational change. He is an alumnus of Florida Atlantic University and received his HITECH certification from Indian River State College.
Lindsey is passionate about leadership and improving business through technology. He is known as a visionary by his team and clients and has built a career working as a consultant and chief information officer in some of the nation’s largest healthcare delivery systems. At Healthlink Advisors, Lindsey drives strategy, culture, and revenue growth and can be seen on the road doing client work.
He enjoys continuously mentoring top talent to be accountable for large-scale operations and the execution of complex plans. He is respected for his natural leadership style and sometimes witty communications, and he finds great satisfaction in cultivating a friendly, high-performing work environment.
Lindsey has a genuine belief that healthcare can be improved and has been recognized by several organizations for his work with the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) and the American Hospital Association (AHA). Additionally, Lindsey co-authored the book Consumer-Centric Healthcare published by Health Administration Press, which has led to various speaking engagements at conferences throughout the United States.
Chris is an innovative and results-driven professional with demonstrated expertise in executive leadership, technology management, strategic planning, negotiations, governance, project and contract management, and process improvement. He is adept at implementing and managing technology solutions while serving as a customer-focused leader with demonstrated success developing staff.
His experience spans 28 years in healthcare serving in various roles including CIO and CTO in large, complex health systems. Chris has led organizations through the development of multi-year information technology strategy and provided oversight of key initiatives, including deployment of the enterprise EHR, enhancement of IT security program, integration management of new and purchased hospitals, and management of all technology infrastructure.
Zahid has over 20 years of healthcare experience and serves highly visible, national clients with a focus on broad-scale health IT strategy. His professional experiences have been driven by healthcare transformation through health IT adoption and financial and business process performance improvement. Zahid has overall consulting responsibility at Healthlink Advisors and ensures quality delivery across all client engagements.
Before joining Healthlink Advisors, Zahid worked at Booz Allen Hamilton in the global health practice, providing consulting expertise to private and public-sector clients. Following that, Zahid was a member of the health IT practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers’ (PwC) where he worked with leading health providers across the United States.
Zahid is a proud alum of Bates College (Lewiston, Maine), George Washington University School of Public Health and Health Services, and the Goizueta Business School at Emory University. Zahid is a licensed private pilot (single engine land and sea).
