Consulting’s “2023 Best Firms to Work For” survey is one of the largest and most in-depth employee satisfaction surveys in the industry. The survey ranks employee satisfaction in several categories including firm leadership, compensation and benefits, client engagement, career development, and culture. Over 300 firms applied for the recognition this year, resulting in 7,900 surveys reviewed and evaluated.
